In response to the increasing need for qualified account manager and customer service professional, DFWCSR was established in March of 2006. DFWCSR is a subsidiary of J. L. Nixon Consulting, Inc., which was formed in July of 1990. JL Nixon Consulting specializes in the search and recruitment of Insurance professional at all levels on a nationwide basis. Additionally, we maintain positions of leadership in the largest insurance recruiting network, National Insurance Recruiters Association, where Mr. Nixon is presently a member of the Website Committee.
Mr.
Jeff Nixon began in
the search business in June of 1984, when he was himself recruited
from a division of United Technologies. While at Fuller and Associates,
Jeff rose to positions of Manager of the Underwriting Division and
ultimately Regional Vice President. As RVP, he managed an office of
10 recruiters and 3 support personnel, in addition to working a full
time desk. He was Top Producer of Fuller and Associates numerous years
and received local and state NAPS production awards several years
running. He received award as Top Producer Split Placement awards
in 1986, 1988, 1989, 1992, 1995, and 1997 from the two insurance related
recruiting networks. Mr. Nixon has held numerous leadership positions
within Insurance National Search (INS), including President and Vice
President, as well as Board Member positions within National Insurance
Recruiting Association (NIRA). In July of 1990, he opened J. L. Nixon
Consulting. In May of 1995, Jeff formed Insurance Career Connection.
This was the first world wide web career center specifically for insurance
professionals. This site was later merged and became Insurance Connections.
Insurance Connections was later sold to Career Mosaic and is the foundations
for the current insurance career center for Career Mosaic. In addition,
he most recently held the position of Managing Director for the Insurance
Career Network which is part of Recruiters Online Network, the largest
career center for recruiters on the Net. Lastly, Jeff received the
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1988 as a further
indication of his commitment to excellence in the search industry.
Ms.
Kim Ervin began work
with our firm in September of 1999. She has a background in database
management and office management. Her previous experience involved
medical billings review and collections. Kim is responsible for the
day-to-day database administration for the company and Internet Recruiting
for special assignments. She operates out of the Celeste office.
