Search Agreement



DFWCSR.COM is dedicated to the highly professional search and recruitment for our client companies exclusively in the Dallas/Ft. Worth insurance community.

CONTINGENCY FEES: Under this agreement, services are performed on a contingency basis and all charges for these services are employer paid. The fee is earned when a candidate accepts an offer of employment from the employer to whom we have referred within twelve (12) months of submitting the candidate's resume. Said company shall owe a fee when the activities of DFWCSR.COM are the motivating factor, without which the placement would not have occurred, and includes offers extended to that candidate from the main employer or any of its subsidiaries for any position during those 12 months.


SERVICE CHARGE: The charge for services will be a flat fee of ten percent (10%) of the employee's annual base salary for the first year of employment.

TERMS: Fees will be billed when an offer is tendered, accepted and the candidate begins employment. Full payment of the fee is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the employee's start date. A late charge will be assessed at a rate of 1.5% per month on all balances after 45 days. You will also be responsible for any and all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees. All litigation shall be handled out of Hunt County, Texas.

GUARANTEE: If the employee is terminated or voluntarily leaves the employer within sixty (60) calendar days after commencing employment, we will identify a replacement candidate at no additional cost. This replacement is valid provided we are notified within five (5) business days of the departure, and provided we search for the replacement candidate on an exclusive basis for a period of thirty (30) days. Upon mutual agreement we will refund the paid fee less 10 percent for each week employed. This guarantee policy is contingent upon receipt of the service fee within thirty (30) days as stated above under the section on terms.

This guarantee does not apply due to the following circumstances:

  • The employer did not fulfill the original hiring commitment.
  • The employer created a material change in the original job description.
  • The employer misrepresented the compensation package or compensation program commitment was reduced after the start date.
  • Employer changed the originally intended geographic location causing the employee to resign.
  • Dismissal due to a reduction in personnel forces.
  • Dismissal was a result of the discontinuance of the job function by the employer.
  • DFWCSR.COM was not paid for search efforts.


AGREEMENT: An employer's acceptance of referrals from our firm is evidence of agreement with the above policies, terms and provisions. Clients not paying as agreed will be liable for collection costs, including attorney's fees, court costs, and travel/lodging expenses incurred as a result of collection costs.
