Well known agency is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to middle market to larger accounts. Excellent service to clients in a sales culture is of utmost importance to us.
In this role your responsibilities are:
- Complete the binding, invoicing, premium collection, application reviews, endorsements, and file documentation of assigned accounts for commercial lines
- To service commercial lines accounts as assigned, rating and quoting new and renewal risks, and aiding in collections, servicing of accounts, prepare submissions & proposals.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend various coverage options
- Retain assigned book of business
- Handle telephone requests and correspondence and also review mail, email and messages for team members when they are out, and work "important" or "time sensitive items" as necessary.
- Communicate with producers as needed regarding cancellation notices
- Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes through circulars and bulletins, trade publications and seminars and schools offered.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years experience with commercial lines accounts within an insurance agency setting.
- A strong preference will be given for candidates with experience in the healthcare or energy industries.
