The Referral Rewards Program provides a finder's fee to those individuals sharing the names of qualified candidates that result in a job placement by our company. The more information you can provide us the better the probability of placement. So please feel free to provide us as much candidate information as you able. Since there may be a duplication of names, both from other people providing referrals under the Referral Rewards Program, and by our own recruiters who may already be working with a candidate, DFWCSR.COM reserves the right to determine if a Referral Fee is due, and to whom. Referral Reward Referral fees will be paid based on the salary of the individual placed. Fees will be paid after the candidate has begun work and has remained in the position for the guarantee period of 90 days. All referrals will be treated with absolute confidentiality and your name will never be mentioned or otherwise conveyed to any candidate or employer without your express permission.
